Update:  We have been here for a month now and while we were sick for most of that time, it seems that our bodies are finally getting used to our new environment.     Thank you for your prayers!    

Also, we found a car and some friends of ours made a generous donation to help us purchase it.   We praise God for his provision!  Last Sunday I was able to purchase it and transfer the title to our name.   It is so nice to have the freedom to travel without having to walk, take a taxi, or ride the bus now.   We have some friends arrive in town this week and we will be able to drive to go see them on our day off this weekend!    

We are getting to know our jobs better and building deeper relationships with our students and their families.  Last weekend one of the families invited us over for lunch at their house and we heard their amazing story of how they had to flee their home in Gaza when threatened by extremists that they would be killed for telling people about their faith in Jesus.  

Our children are loving their new school and they have made many friends.   While there many challenges and difficulties each week, we are all glad to be here and have faith that God is doing a good work in us.   Thank you for your continued prayers for our health and for our continued transition!
